New to C-Dory. Need help knowing what a 16CD is worth.

Thinking if I can get it for around $6k it would be ok.

I live in AK and it will primarily be a small family fishing boat.
 
It wouldn't surprise me if the wood is there because it has a motor with a 25 inch shaft on it. Otherwise, there wouldn't be any transom material to bolt the thing to.
