Thought some of you might be interested in photos of the construction process currently underway in Bellingham, WA. These photos are courtesy of Scott Boysen. And I must thank Tyboo for making it so quick and easy to set up the album. That Tyboo guy does not waste time.

I believe the best way to view the photos is simply to click on My Girl. I've added labels as best I could. Feel free to correct my captions. I welcome any comments you might have on the photos. Thanks.

I see similarities and differences compared to the previous 25. Two most notable differences are, first, the scuppers are larger. Before they were 1 inch whereas these look to be 1.5 or even larger. Mine have been increased to 1.5 and these look like they could be 2.0. Can’t tell what kind of back flow preventer is utilized. Second, the cockpit side storage areas are taller and not as long fore to aft as some previous models. Can’t tell if the bottom panels of that space can be removed or not for access to the area below the openings. Also there appears to be an access port to the left of the shore power plug for inspection and repair purposes.

More differences over our 2007:
-The bilge storage units appear sealed like a fish box. Mine are not like that. Mine are open to the battery compartment with a cheezy mount holding the battery storage tray, so it's ALL a wet, moldy mess. I like this design more.
-There appears to be more open space above the water tank than ours and looks more easily accessible. :? I'm trying to visualize why...but again, more storage=good idea.
-The water pump & trim tab pump are moved out of the bilge and re-positioned at the rear of the battery compartments. :thup

That's going to be another great boat.

Looks like they're doing a good job. All the edges look neat, and everything appears to fit well.

Glad to see another 25 hit the water.

I notice the foam core in the head bulkhead.

But what's the cut out in the deck for? Some of the lip doe the water tank hatch has ben removed. Could be a possible area to leak in the future. Although the used 25 we have in stock has the step piece installed there, so that will cover the gap.
