Need Pricing Help, 16C

Considering selling our 2009 16C and clueless as to value. Boat has been kept indoors since new and has less than 80 hours.
White w/ Blue
Honda EFI 50
EZ Loader Bunk Trailer
Anchor Chain and Rhode
Garmin FF (No GPS)
(2) Burnewiin Sockets w/ Rod Holders
Drop Canvas w/ Soft Door

One place you can do some research is the "Marketplace" section here on the forum (which, if you already know about this... never mind!). This section shows ads for boats that have sold (or are no longer on the market), so there are many more ads than you see at any one time in the current "for sale" forum.

You can't see what a boat actually sold for, but I felt I could still get a pretty good idea of realistic prices by looking through it (for 22's in my case) (some sell fast, others don't, there is an average for asking prices, etc.).

Somewhere around $21000 as a ballpark figure, I would guess. Does it have electric wiper(s) and/or a kicker? Is there no gps because you are keeping it or because you don't have one? One battery or two?

We bought our 2007 16 foot c-dory cruiser in Portland last fall. We paid 17,500 and it has a 40 horsepower engine. Came with a fish finder and drop canvas with zipper. Electric wipers. Sounds like similar set up. Only 60 hours on it. Boat like new. Didn't have a kicker or radio. Hope this helps.
 
We had the 16 at the Seattle Boat Show in 2009 for $24,995 w/ 40 hp Suzuki and trailer. You've added some options, like spare tire, wipers, fish finder and safety equipment which would have been an additional $2000 or so.

I would start at aroudn $21,000, and if that doesn't get activity on it, drop to $19,900 to get under 20K. You may find more lookers priced under 20K than above.
