:? I just purchased a 19' C Dory Angler from a dealer up in Oregon and and for the first time this week put it in the water . Apparently it had been sitting for awhile and I have had to work a few of the kinks out. I'm about as green as they come when it comes to boating ( my prior experience was running canoe trips down ozark rivers ) I'm getting the hang of things at a snails pace but no hurry and so far really enjoying the experience.
This may seem silly but what currently is bothering me is that my C Dory
leans to the starboard side . I have a Honda 4 stroke 75 HSP that seems to be centered and dual gas tanks, 24 gallons each , there not perfectly balanced but not enough gas difference to account
for the starboard lean. I have to put my son on the Port side to balnce it out. Am I missing something or am I seeing things from the wrong angle ?
