Motor Trim Plates

In scanning the pictures of differnt people's C-Dories, I see an aluminum trim plate bolted to the motor with turned down fins. Can anyone tell me who the manufacturer or American distributor is?
 
It's a permatrim and the US distributor is http://www.shipyardisland.com/ They are very well made do a search for permatrim and you'll find lots of information about them.
