Hi everyone. I need the width of the top of the part bulkhead separating the anchor well from the V-berth & also the height from the top of that bulkhead to the underside of the deck . I want to add a ply section to protect the V-berth from water, from the anchor rode. Also in the cockpit on the port & starboard sides there is a a step moulded in . I need the height of that from the cockpit floor to the top of the step . TONKA is a long way from here. Your help would be apprceiated. THANKS BillOprel TONKA C-Dory 22 (2002)
 
Bill the measuements are at the top of the bulkhead it's 23 3/4 inches wide. From the top of the bulkhead to the underside of the deck it's 12 1/4 inches. The width at the top is 30 1/2 inches. I made a cover for this area from some scrap Sunbrella with three snaps on the bottom of the deck and three on the bulkhead. It works well for keeping the rode from spilling into the berth and seems to keep any odor from mud in the anchor locker. My cockpit is different than yours as I have a 2007 model and the step is different.
 
On my '05 the cockpit step to the floor is 9 1/2".
The area above the rode locker measures 31" across the top, 27" across the bottom (measured 1" above the existing bulkhead in order to fill the distance above the step in the hull) and 11 1/2" to 11 5/8" from the deck to the bulkhead.
It seems the location of the rode locker bulkhead isn't the same in every case.
