Mascoat Delta-T thermal insulation coating is now a standard item on Marinaut boats.
We decided to use Delta-T on the entire boat. The hull below the floor pan (which is one piece from bow to stern) is sprayed and so is the underside of the floor pan so that the "bilge" space is fully insulated. We wanted to control whatever condensation occurs and to help in the reduction of sound levels (they weren't obtrusive before but quieter is better).
The whole structure above the floor pan (including the transom area, under side decks, cockpit sides, etc) is coated with the v-berth and cabin area receiving extra coats.
Also, the hull sides, cabin sides, and cabin front all now have a coring of 6mm Soric material which adds strength and adds (a bit) of insulation for temps and sound. Mostly it was done for strength and quality but every little bit with regard to thermal and sound insulation helps.
