Looking for a C-Dory

Hi -

We are looking for a used C-Dory to buy for use around the St. Petersburg, Fl area.

One boat we found is a 2004 C-Dory 25 with a Honda 135 hp motor. All is purportedly in great shape and little used. Bought locally, used very little locally,
never kept in the water, and now the owner realizes it really isn't going to be used (by him) that much.

Is a 135 Honda beefy enough for a 25 footer?

Short answer-yes. Click on the heading "Our C-Dorys" in the masthead above and look over the list. There are many
25 footers with 135 hp. Some have 150's and some even smaller, but the 135 is pretty common on the 25 footers.
 
I would highly recommend the 150hp. My primary rationale is that I have a 25 with a 150 for sale. :)

We have a Honda 150 & a 9.9 kicker on the Betty Joe. A 135 is sufficient.
