Last trip of season

This was in our truck camper, but still ties into boating. Saw a nice C-Dory parked along the Hudson river named C-Date. We were near troy NY one day a lot of big boat traffic on river there. Some barges 3 deep, we are thinking of traveling in boat on Erie canal and Hudson, but realize better be careful on river with these big barges.Especially overnighting. Only so much room in areas where river isn't as wide. Like the bike trails and towns along the way. We did a small piece of Erie Canal 2 seasons ago. This trip I bought a 2013 Suzki Bergman 400 in Oneota NY,gotta go back next week and pick it up. Hope it will work on a versahaul with our truck camper. We went thru Vermont Mtns snow up there, then over to New Hampshire to Truck Camper Warehouse to look at Host triple slide truck campers, may trade our Lance in on one. Now to winterize truck camper already did boat.

SleepyC last trip of the season was from the Yamaha mechanic shop to the boat barn for the winter. Dryed, clean, New N on-ethanol fuel fill and treated with Marine (Blue 360 Stabil and Startron, water system drained and new RV anitifreeze in the system and flushed through the pump, Battery MINDers plugged in and charging, dehumidifiers plugged in and running, and all tucked in for a short winters nap.

Of course there are some winter projects to take care of, but for now, she's resting.

Kinda sad to see boat -n- camper winterized sitting idle. Will be happy when we can extend our boating season and go to Florida for winter. Just joined a gym today trying to keep the diabeties and High Blood pressure at bay. Some other aliments already got their foot in the door. The older I get the longer these winters seem. Last night read the entire Cruising guide to the NY Canal System that a fellow boater gave me after I helped him. Champlain,Erie,Oswego, and Cayuga-Seneca in this issue.
