I have an old program of theirs on an old Thinkpad, using both as a backup chartplotter. Last weekend, the GPS wasn't working and the program was locking up. I called Nobeltec on Memorial Day, got an English speaking/American accented tech on the phone who squared me up in 10 mins. (Problem was too many waypoints and other old data on the program). I wasn't required to buy an update version....nor listen to a bunch of hold music....nor go through reams of security. Just good old fashion CS for an obsolete, reliable program.
