We have just posted up a few threads on Halcyon Days relating to kids (or grandkids) on C-Dorys. Been some talk recently about some parents reluctant to have their kids on a boat. Perhaps these posts will help folks, not familiar with boating, to see what it is like on a little boat with kids. We have been cruising (for weeks) with some of the grandkids since before they could walk.

I couldn't agree with you guys more.
We ran our CD 25 from the Hudson to Big Chute on the Georgian Bay last summer with our three teenage kids.
This June we brought the kids with us down Lake Michigan to Chicago - which was a trip the girls loved with its nice towns, lots of shopping and great beaches.
