Just bought a 1985 22-angler

I have been reading posts on C-BRATS for about 3 months now. I found lots of real interest as I was looking to buy a C-Dory when I sold my 1982 Newport 30-III sailboat which is based at the Richmond Yacht Club in the North East part of San Francisco Bay. However, I found such a good deal for the C-Dory I just purchased (which I have named Sun Runer) that I ended up getting it before selling my sailboat.

I will be using Sun Runner as the base from which to take pictures of dinghy and small keel boat racing in the San Francisco Bay. My plan is that the pictures will be sold to the regatta participants and the proceeds donated to the yacht club or sailing organization that sponsors the regatta for supporting the teaching of sailing to kids and supporting young people that are starting out learning how to race. The whole idea for doing this is explained in detail on my ZLE Photo web site: http://www.zlephoto.com.

I am looking forward to getting the Sun Runner out on San Francisco Bay and the Delta in the very near future and I hope all of you check out my two web sites -- ZLE Photo noted above and http://www.The-Sailors-Place.com.

welcome aboard roger,
while i do not speak for c-brats, what i have discovered and hopefully you will find, is that c-brats make an honest attempt at discovering the truth, offer more than enough advice to complete any project and from time to time offer a hint of humor to help make your day a little easier. now, having said that, you have the opportunity to be heard and to contribute as you see fit. we greatly appreciate hearing of your adventures and look forward to your post.
best regards
pat

Welcome Roger-You'll find lots of sailors among the C-Brats. The 22 angler will make a great photography platform. Hopefully you'll soon be using that dinghy to take pictures of your classic 22. Ask Tyboo Mike for your own C-Brat photo album . Again, welcome.

Welcome from this Sacto area wanna be. Lived there for 20 years and moving back this Jan from Fresno. Just hope the fish return. Congrats on a cool boat. Plan on ending my wanna be status down the road.

Welcome to the site! We have a LOT of Rogers here. Last Seattle Boat show gathering I think 4 or 5 of us were in one photo. So from one Roger to another, glad to have you here.
