In search of a TomCat ride

As I near retirement, I find myself interested in a TomCat and was hoping my wife and I might bum a short ride on one somewhere in Northern California or perhaps next summer anywhere in the Salish Sea. In exchange I can offer gas money, wine, lunch, whatever. Much appreciated.
