The weather is, for once, PERFECT for a little trip. It would be good for an overnight, but my schedule doesn't allow it.
Anyway, little Arwen and I have a plan: We're going from Edmonds to Eagle Harbor (Winslow, on Bainbridge Island) for a day-trip. We'll probably cook lunch aboard, and head into town to find a bakery or something sweet. Then run back in the afternoon/evening.
If all goes well, I'll have my new AIS receiver installed before we head out, and we'll test it on the trip.
So, tentative departure time from Edmonds is probably 11 am. Arrival at Eagle Harbor about noon. I'll be monitoring channels 14 and 16. I'd rather not publish my phone number, but anybody who wants to can email (not PM) me through C-Brats and I'll get it.
