Hydraulic steering for the 16

I need to replace my steering cable in the 16. Honda 50. Has anyone any information on doing this. I am looking at the Baystar HK4200 kit. For $500+- I would love to have hydraulic over the cable.
What am I looking at in the difficulty factor?
 
You may need to change the part of the front of the engine where the current drag link connects, as the hydraulic unit may be a different mounting position.

We just repowered a 16 with a 40 Yamaha, and had this issue. The boat had a Honda 40 with Baystar steering.
 
Had it on a 22 center console. Loved it! Installed it myself. Took about 3 hours. (South Mississippi laid back slooow hours). Hardest part was convincing the wife she had to help me to bleed the lines. It was a cinch! Just follow the instructions. If I ever have to replace my steering it will be hydraulic.
