I got the Tapatalk app and tried it on a couple forums. I didn’t like the thing at all.
It’s easier and more efficient for me with the phone or iPad to go to the site on Chrome and use it normally. I always, always tell Chrome to request the desktop site. With the screen size and interface on any of the latest smartphones the gimmicky apps are more trouble than they’re worth for me.
At least that’s one old guy’s take on it.

Hah! You ask the nerds but you got me! There is a fine line between nerd and dork, and I'm straddling it.
I will admit that the reason I don't like things that are different is likely that I don't understand how to work 'em and I don't want to invest the time to learn. Old people - what can I say?
