I am in the process of replacing our hydraulic steering on our 2004 22 cruiser. The original system used an older drag link style Baystar hc4600 steering ram. when we first purchased the boat I installed a plate (Honda #53234-zw1-010) on the BF90A that provides a mount for the kicker motor tie bar. That plate will not work with the newer style Baystar HC4645 steering ram that I am installing.
Does anyone that is using the HC4645 steering ram (which would be any of the newer 22 or 19 foot boats) have a picture in their album that shows how you tie your kicker to your Honda 90hp?
Or better yet a part number for a kicker tie rod mount that will work with the hc4645.
This has been an adventure so far as we also have auto pilot that has to be plumbed in to the system. I think I have everything figured out except the tie rod mount.
