Help with 2012 CD 22 selling price

I've checked off all the boxes of my boating bucket list and have decided to let my C-Dory (Labradory) go. I'm having a hard time determining what it's worth. Hoping some knowledgable C brats could suggest an approximate value.

2012 CD 22
Very good to excellent condition. No damage history
Garaged it's whole life in Arizona and Utah
1 owner. Bought new from Sportcraft Marina

Always maintained

Wallas

New unopened boat cover
Like new camper back

Looks like a High Top, too, which adds significant value for the vertically-endowed among us. I don't know what a realistic asking price is, only that it ought to be more due the raised cabin. Good luck with the upcoming sale! (No, I am not in the market :-) )
 
The selling price is a willing seller and willing buyer. If both thought they got a bad deal, it was probably about right.

Look at the cost of a new boat, with all of the accessories, and then decide. Prices of 22's have gone way up in the past few years, with some selling for almost as much as a C Dory 25. Contact the factory to see what the new boats are selling for. I probably would start at 75% of the base price of the new boat. If your electronics are newer than 2012 that would add more. You probably have a windlass, and other extras, as well as upgraded anchoring gear.
