Just looked at the CD25 owners manual. The following is an excerpt from the Safety Precautions section. LOVE IT!

The lawyers would have us point out to you that you should NOT put your finger in an open flame and should NOT forget to untie the boat from the dock before pulling away, and a list of other equally profound safety precautions. If you were so feeble as to need such warnings you would not have the money to buy such a great boat. So we are going to just ask that you exercise reasonable care and caution when you are on or about the boat.

Funny. But that lawyers even require a disclaimer to protect companies against what I consider are common sense stupid things not to do is a sad commentary on the American tort system.
