Fuel Selector Valve Label

I took inspiration from an earlier post about fuel selector valve labels and designed a 3D printed option for the Moeller/Sierra/Anderson three-way fuel selector valve. If anyone is interested, I can print and mail you one or send you the file to print your own...or I can bring some to the Friday Harbor 2025 gathering assuming I am able to attend.

My fuel selector valve body protrudes a bit, and a perk of the wider center hole is that it can be slipped over the handle if it is corroded on. I can make some tweaks to the design if yours has starboard/port reversed or you want the center hole sized to the post only.

I have a small CNC mill, so if there is enough interest I can mess around with a CNC'd option similar to the one linked in the original thread.

This is great! I've been fighting that label battle for a while. I'd definitely be interested in getting one. I just need to verify my orientation, etc., and I'll send you a message.

Sounds good, Gerhard.

To anyone else who is interested, feel free to PM me the clockwise orientation "A" or "B" below and the center hole size. If "B", I will probably shorten "Gasoline" to "Gas" for better fitment.

Orientation "A" - Off, Gasoline, Port, Starboard
Orientation "B" - Off, Gas, Starboard, Port

Center Hole Size: Big or Small

Include your mailing address and I will get 1-2 in the mail once printed. I do not anticipate there will be too many requests for a label, so free of charge as of this point.

The label is 3in in diameter, 1/8in thick, and printed in PETG material. Black and white only. In theory it should last a while in the sun. We'll find out...

Hey Shad,
If you are going to be at the Friday Harbor event, and don't mind printing out and bring one for me, I'd like to have one. That is assuming it would be easy to change the words a bit. My valve looks like the one you posted, but positions are different. Using clock positions, 12:00 and 6:00 are off, 3:00 is MAIN and 9:00 is AUX. Small hole suffices, as I can take the pointer knob off. Thanks. Colby

Hi Colby,

I should be able to make the tweaks and print a couple out for you. My tentative plans are to be at Friday Harbor from Fri-Sun. Otherwise, I can mail them to you sooner.
