The New York State Canal Corporation just announced a 3 year waiver on lock fees for recreational boats.

Rob, Thanks for posting that. Sounds like a good deal for anyone planning on cruising there. I know I had wished I had known about the Canadian locks being free last year and known early enough to plan to make that trip. Maybe I can make this one.
