football

I had a computer issue. I was trying to load this for all you Favre' fans:

I used to have the utmost respect & admiration for Favre'...until he became a neurotic narcisist. He should've gone out last yr. 2010 was a disaster and that last game @ Minn U proved it. He limped off the field a beaten shell of the player he once was and his "off field" issues only made things worse. JMO.

Farve will probably be playing arena football for another ten years :) one would think he could have afforded to retire a year or two ago

OK - I'm not into the football much but it is good to see Favre going back to the Super Bowl. Now then, did you see the shot of the Jet on the sidelines picking his nose and wiping it on a team mate? I hope they go to the Super Bowl too. Tiffany got such a kick out of it she recorded it from the TV with her phone and is putting it on her Facebook. I'll link you to it when it's there.

If Favre goes back to the Super Bowl this year it will be sitting in the stands as a spectator. He's a Viking now (or a retiree depending on what one believes).

Roger, I was kind of joking. I got the Brazo guy on my Twitter, there's no way I could not know that Brett has had a few lumps.

Here's a good YouTube of the nose picking incident.

Favre going back to the Super Bowl

You know, I think Tyboo is correct - Favre is probably coming out of retirement to help the Steelers beat the Packers. Still trying to prove that the Packers should have kept him.

Goodness, I hope he can rescind his retirement (again). I'd love to hear the announcer one more time say:

Favre back to pass
Pick 6
Game Over

Go Pack!!

Sorry. It's so hard to tell when your feigning clueless from when you're actually clueless   so I hope you can forgive me....

As a little side story - even though I'm from the Chicago area, when I was a kid I was a Packers fan mostly just to antagonize my dad (who was a die hard Bears fan). For awhile we had a standing bet on the Bears-Packers games each season. The winner got breakfast in bed for week from the loser. This was in the late 60's/early 70's. Between 67 and 72, the Bears and Packers played 12 times and the Bears won twice. I don't remember exactly which years my dad and I bet on this game but it was probably two or three years around 69-72 and I got a LOT of breakfasts in bed and he maybe won once. Hence, I'm still a little partial to the Packers but can justify rooting for either the Bears or the Packers.

Nice going Packers :thup Not a really big Packer fan, but a Raider fan from the 70s-80s never forgets the "Immaculate Reception"
