Engine Service Special in Jan at EQ Marine + CD 22 & 16

EQ Marine - Kathy, Carlos and Less indicated that they have special on this month for Engine service - the oil is included at no charge. See their web page.

I Just did the Honda 200 hr valve adjust, tune, lube, and a Lewmar Windlass install at EQ + Tohatsu kicker service. I am - very pleased with the level of detail, and reasonable prices.

They have a CD 22 and CD 16 in stock.

Interesting Carlos at EQ has a 1980's Honda 4 stroke - I think 15 hp - that he fishes with 3-4 x week. He is a real archive of information on Marine engine care.

Good time for a get ready for spring tune up.

I don't get any kickback, just want to be sure we help the quality marine shops survive the challenges of the economy

I didn't get in on the January special but have an appointment for Feb. 18. Will haul it up and leave it for however long it takes. I have dealt with Les and Kathy before and know that the work will get done right. Well worth the six hour drive one way. Plus might get in a day or two in the islands.
