Looks great Marty -- well worth the trip! I wonder if they can do that for a Taurus station wagon... probably not :wink:

I was telling Marty that this would be so cool on the 22. Last trip to Catalina I had 6 (six) kids aged 8-14. At bedtime there were body parts everywhere. I could have used the escape!

Looks like what VW used to do on their vans when they had the full top liftup. We just had the 4' square one that looked like a turtle but at least you had a lot of headroom. That's really neat!

So glad that Joe is doing fine. Thanks for sharing with us - surely all the prayers and good wishes from your friends on this site were a great support for you and Joe.

The conversion looks marvelous. Amazing all that we learn from this site and from the good friends who share their tales.

I don't think so. The stated tow limit is 1500lbs. Lizzie and stuff is probably about 2000 lbs.
