Drought breaker

Here on the Texas coast we usually have 40-50 inches or more of rain per year.

We have had less that 3 inches since before Christmas 2010.

Wildfires, crop failures, no grass, no hay, historical low lake levels.

Till today... 3 inches and still coming down....

Yee Haa.
