The cabin door on my '92 CD22 Cruiser in coming apart at the bottom because of the constant rainy weather here in Juneau. Anyone have any information on getting replacement doors from some where or having a new door made?

I replaced mine with a piece of 3/4 inch marine plywood. I put a couple of coats of epoxy on it, painted it, and it works great. I think it looks better than the old one ever did. It was pretty easy to do too. I ordered a new door latch kit for it while I was at it. I couldn't be happier with it.

I've had window work done by BOMON Marine in Montreal.

I was happy with their price and quality. They produce a lot of OEM windows and doors for other boat companies. Their shop was full of windows and doors. Good luck.

John,

A year or so ago one of the C-Brats arranged to have some cabin door windows custom-made with screens. I bought one so I have a stock door window sitting around here somewhere.

If you want it let me know. It's yours for the cost of shipping and insurance.

I don't think that it will fit his boat. The glass doors have a rounded top while the door in 92 had a square one. It was made out of plywood. It is just a matter of taking the old window out of the old door, tracing around the old door for precise measurements of the new door, cutting it out, and then expoxy, painting, and putting all your old hardware on your door for the install.
