Saw this at Alderwood Mall this afternoon. Couldn't decide if this car belongs to someone who
1) Didn't quite meet the full set of qualifications to be a C-Brat and instead fell one letter short OR
2) Who was a C-Brat and has no been promoted to a higher grade.
Either way, I had to take a picture.
