Deer Harbor - July 2nd to the 7th

If anyone is in the neighborhood, Pingu and crew will be at Deer Harbor from July 2nd until the morning of July 7th.

Remember, according to Pat Anderson 'Pingu' is Aleut for "Beer can boat" so don't look for a C-Dory.

With the 2 little guys, we plan on spending a lot of time at the marina.

FYI in regard to Dear Harbor, we rented a house with a real nice and protected dock (2-3 boats) there over the Friday harbor gathering. You may want to check it out when you are there. It's the last house across the bay from the marina with a dock, as you go counter clockwise. It's back in a small bay and rents with a fully equipped kitchen and has two full bedrooms, two full baths and a loft. The owners live on one of the other islands and rent it out upon request but it's a rare find as it tends not to be booked.
