One thing I really like about this site is all the great ideas that are posted. I had thought of buying a heat gun several times but had just never got around to it. After reading the posts on their success removing our yearly Coast Guard sticker I went to Home Depot and bought a heat gun this afternoon. It was one of those why in the world had I not done this before moments. I have spent many long minutes, being careful not to scratch the gel coat, removing yearly tags. The gun in about 2 minutes removed both tags using the low heat setting and a small scraper. Then I used a little of my favorite Goo Gone and it was done. Again, thanks for the nudge to get me to try one, Big Mac.
