De lamination in floor between fuel tanks?

It doesn't look like delamination in the sense of the hul breaking down, it looks like poor adhesion of the finish coat to the glass work.

This should be easily fixed with sanding and reapplying the finish material (gelcoat or paint as required).

This area is the lowest point in the boat next to the bilge pump well. It is very common to have a small amount of water sitting there. I have an elevator style boat lift and I keep the bow raised but a tiny bit of water still puddles here in front of the bilge pump well. Has anyone else with a CD 22 had a problem with gel-coat in this area?

That doesn't look like a major (or even a large minor) problem. It's just a Boo Boo. (A technical term to an Electrical/Naval Engineer used to ship problems).

Grind it out a little, feather the edges and put down some epoxy and let it get hard. Dr. Bob will elaborate when he sees this... :thup

May all your boat problems be this size and magnitude!!
