Correct Rule Bilge Pump to Purchase

Good Morning

Thanks for all the rainwater replies. With the dehumidifier last night she is dry as a bone.

Inspecting the bilge inside the cabin door at the bulkhead. Looks old and worn out. Going to have someone look at it for a back up

But I want a new one

What is the correct bilge pump to buy---Model Number? My C-dory is a 22 ft 1997 West Marine? or is there a quick ship online store for purchase

Thanks

Simple answer would be buy the biggest automatic float/switch activated one that will fit in the "bilge". My boat came with a Rule 1100 and when it dies I will get a bigger one.

Same pump as my 16 cruiser. West Marine has been out of stock on most Rule's for at least the past two weeks. They are blaming the supplier. One thing you need to watch for is the outlet size. They differ between the sizes. The Rule 1100 is 1 inch.

I agree, we have two Rule 1100's, one in the space between the fuel tanks and one in the cabin "bilge". C-Cakes came from the factory that way.
