Cockpit Floors for C 22

I just made and posted pictures of cockpit flooring that i made for my C 22.
I really like how this has made the cockpit much more comfortable and useable.
Before when you sat out in a chair, you were alsays on a bit of an angle.

I used 1/2 ply with 1" PVC pipe for stiffeners, with a glass layer on top.

Thanks for posting this. Nice move to use thinner ply and then stiffeners. I've been thinking floorboards might be a nice addition, too.

Looking in your album I spy something else I'm curious about, which is your undermounted sink with flush cutting board. I like that it makes the counterspace flush vs. having various bits of counter at different levels. Can you tell more about how you did this? What sink? How did you handle the Decraguard edge? Etc.
