Coastal Explorer Viewer Edition is a basic chart viewer and route planning tool that is available free of charge. Coastal Explorer Viewer Edition lets you view NOAA RNC® raster charts and plan routes.

Coastal Explorer Express Edition adds GPS support, tide level and tidal current predictions, and much more to the basic Coastal Explorer Viewer Edition program.

Registering your copy of Coastal Explorer Viewer Edition will enable a five-day free trial of Coastal Explorer Express Edition. After the free trial period, you may purchase Coastal Explorer Express Edition for $99.

These products might be great on Netbooks or iPads. Perhaps someone with those products can do the download and let us know.
