Chicago, anyone?

Hello to All! I've been looking into boating for the last few years. We are a family of 5, with 3 kids under 10. My buddy is trying to sell me on the Sea Ray family, but I just can't develop a feel for the brand. The C-Dory is exactly what I had in mind.

I am very interested in a 22' C-Dory. It would be great if any Chicago C-Brats would be so kind as to let my wife and me tour your vessel. We'd repay you handsomely, with your choice of a bottle of wine or a case of beer. I could help you drink the beer, if you wanted me to! :wink

The Wife is on board with C-Dory, so to speak, but we can't find any for sale w/in a reasonable distance to view. I'd make the trip for a purchase, but would like to view one locally to start out.

If anyone in Chicago (or nearby) is willing and able to briefly welcome us aboard (1/2 hour visit?) that'd be great! Please email yellancm@netzero.net Thanks for your time!

If you don't find one in or around Chicago, we live in Madison, WI and have our boat in our driveway (fitting out). We also tried hard to find a C-Dory in our area to see before making the 7 hour drive to Michigan to see one -- but no luck.

We have a 2008 CD22 that we just purchased.

I'm a long way from Chicago, (but not as far as Seattle) if you wanted to come see lots of C-dory's and other boats (at the boat show). I'm betting that for 1 C-Dory visit it'll take more than a half hour, and it will be worth every minute. Good luck. If you can't find one in your neighborhood, you are welcome to come and look at our.
