Hi all -

Next week I am spending a few days in Hood Canal with my 10-year old boys and I'd like to bring our 22. The boat is s moored in Eagle Harbor and I don't have a trailer.

Would anyone in the nearby vicinity of Bainbridge Island have one to loan/rent to me for five days?
.
Thanks in advance,
John

I knew this was a long-shot when I asked but i haven't given up hope...yet. So, in an attempt to score with a Hail Mary pass I am bumping this topic.

I would like to borrow a trailer to drive a 22' from Bainbridge Island to Union, WA. I can return the trailer during the week if I can borrow it again to retrieve the boat.

Thanks in advance.

Is there water access all the way? If so you might consider just taking the boat. There are a number of places in that area that offer transient moorage.

Hi Colobear -

Yes, i could motor the boat north past point-no-point, around the top of Hansville and then all the way down Hood Canal to Union. It can be very long trip depending on the wind which I know you know.

I am taking my twin 10'yr old boys to Alderbrook which is where i will dock the boat for the days we are there.

Thank you for your reply!!

Yup. Alderbrook is about as far down Hood Canal as you can go.Maybe another option would be to rent a boat there. Good luck.

Maybe try kitsap marine.".maybe they can help. Matt has participated on this site. Good luck
