For all you water lovers who don't own a C-Dory I am offering a new service of bring camping groups to some of the Washington State Campgrounds that are located on boat access only islands in the San Juan's. I am using my C-Dory 25. If you have any questions please call me at 1-360-378-0302

thanks

sounds like a fine use for a C-D, mind if I pick your brain?

I see that you already have a charter operation for whale watching. This seems like a great extension of your service.

Hey Bill and Chris, You took my wife's manager out last week for a whale trip. They had fun but did not get close to any whales. They did enjoy the day and saw a lot of other wild life. Are you going to shuttle kayaks to jumping off points? I talked to more then one paddler that does not go to the SJ for fear of the strait. They would be happy one there so a ride would be great. I think I have seen other out fits do the same.

Sounds like a neat idea and a good way for people to get to some of the more remote islands. Carrying kayakers could also work well, although I don't really understand why they couldn't just avoid Rosario by taking a Washington State Ferry from Anacortes to another Island and departing from there. Surely this would be cheaper than hiring a boat to take you somewhere...

Bill, shuttling campers to other islands sounds like a great expansion of your business. I hope it goes very well for you.

Since, I don't see you signed up for the Friday Harbor gathering for 5/8 - 5/10, I do hope that you come around the docks and visit with us and join in on the meals.

(For those of you that are not familiar with Bill's business, he operates a very personable whale watching service with his 25' C-Dory that is home ported in the Friday Harbor Marina. If you "click" on his profile, he has his business website posted there for further information about the business).

Good idea - but why is it under "Fishing" ?
