Calling any C-Brat who wants to fish Neah Bay Sat.

All,

Due to a number of circumstances, I am without any company to fish Neah Bay on Sat and my boat is out there. I have to leave sometime tomorrow to retrieve it (I have moorage through Fri. night). I'm flexible on when I leave - I could leave in the AM or even late evening.

Here's the deal if ANYONE wants to go fishing - PM me by 10AM Fri. We can meet on this side and I'll drive us both over to Neah Bay. If you can leave early OK and we can fish Fri. evening and Sat. AM. If you can't leave until late OK, we'll just fish Sat. I pay all gas, ferry fees, bait etc.
You can if you wish sleep on the dinette bed in the boat or get a room at one of the local motels. I'll sleep in the V-berth. I snore... (got to be honest)
You only need:
1) to have a license
2) to help me load up the boat mid-day Sat.
3) Be willing to listen to me ramble on....

The swells on Sat. are predicted to be fairly low so if we get out early we can fish Table Top (8miles W of Tatoosh Is.) and should have limits by noon (9 or 10AM if we're lucky). Most likely will have Coho.

Sounds like a good plan... there are two of us though, thinking of heading to Neah Bay this weekend. Our anniversery we always go there.... Know some of the locals real well and would love to fish there, we have a great place to camp there as well. Let me know

Geez Roger, this is tempting. I've been wanting to get out to Neah Bay and this was the weekend. Have you decided yet on who's going with you?
Peter

LOL Anyaways I'll get out out there one way or another, I'll be the girl flagging you down by the jetty!!! Have fun guys

Thanks again, Roger, for a great day fishing. It was the first time for Peter and I to be on the ocean in a C-Dory, and we couldn't have had a better introduction.
C-Brats - if you ever have an opportunity to have an outing with Roger, don't pass it up! This is a class operation, from the safety orientation before the trip through the gracious acceptance of fish-losing mistakes from a relative novice during the trip to the frozen vacuum-packed fillets (I'm not kidding!) at the end. And when Roger confidently tells you that "We WILL catch fish", you can assign a good deal of credibility to the statement - we ended up with one king and five silvers. Unfortunately the young volunteer on the dock didn't manage to get a picture of the three of us with our limits and my hands were too slimy after posing to check his results, so you just get to see Roger's two silvers. (That's my backside on the right.)
