Don't look now, but guess who's boat made it for October on the factory front page? Wow, can't believe it with all the other great photos out there from other members, they picked mine. That pic was taken about 3 years ago on backside of the Isthmus, Catalina called Cat Harbor, twas an exceptionally beautiful day I must admit.
Too bad though, that was the one time I had experimented with mounting the radar radome directly to the very thin CD25 roof, with a 16x16" wood backplate. Still too much flex, just like I had with the power tower. So back to the 6" power tower and a 30" x 16" backplate, that works great and is how it's been ever since.
Thanks again to the good folks at C-Dory, never ceases to amaze me how well they treat, respect and continue to involve themselves with their customers AFTER the sale. Very unusual I'd say in the boating industry. And, there's more...they are sending me some hats and vests for the family! Can't beat it.
