Due to purchase of a C 25 I will be selling my C 22 that I have set up for extensive cruising. I bought the boat in 2019. It was used almost exclusively in fresh water, was always on a covered lift or a trailer for transport and in winter was stored indoors including from September of 2020 until June of this 2021 because of Covid. Some Details:
Built 2008.
Excellent condition with less than 400 hours on boat and Honda 90. Always run with ethanol free fuel.
New (just an hour or two careful break-in time) Tohatsu 6CIS SP (separate tank) long shaft 6 PS kicker with steering extension grip. Also only run exclusively with ethanol free fuel.
Bimini with full back "Screen Room".
Covers for all windows and the door.
Porta Potti.
Original one burner stove with several extra gas cartridges (we have found this system to be simple to use and adequate for cruising).
Refrigerator.
VHF Marine IC-M304 radio.
Trim Tabs.
Shore Power with power cord.
Separate Starter and House battery.
Trailer in excellent condition.

Garmin GPS map 540S with depth finder/transducer.
Boat is located North of Grand Rapids Michigan near Newaygo on the trailer next to our cabin.
