ps, when will it ever stop?

It will not end. Ever.

On the other hand I am very happy with my Honda 90.

It's all about the quiet and enjoying life.

Some people just don't get it, eh?

I AGREE.
HAVING SAID THAT, I CAN SEE FUTURE YACHT TYPE VESSELS COMMANDING LARGE, PERHAPS 454'S (7.4) OR EVEN 496'S (8.1) OUTBOARDS RATHER THAN THE TYPICAL INBOARDS. SO MANY ADVANTAGES OUTBOARDS HAVE OVER INBOARDS.
BUT, IF I COULD MOUNT THESE PUPPIES TO MY LITTLE MISTY SEAS, MAN, WHAT A RUSH THAT WOULD BE!

HAVE A GREAT DAY!
ME AND THE LITTLE MRS ARE HEADING SOUTH TO CUMBERLAND THIS PM. WILL BE DROWNING WORMS THIS TIME TOMORROW.

When we were in the San Juans last week, we were "visited" by the U.S. Customs/Homeland Security crew in their 40 foot patrol boat with FOUR 250 HP Mercury Verado Supercharged Engines.

After a pleasant interrogation on who we were and what was olur business, we asked their Captain if he wanted to drag race our 50 ft sailboat (which peaks out at 4 knots under power (85 hp Perkins diesel), and about 7-8 under max sail).

He declined with a laugh, so I guess we won that one!

Joe.

LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THIS WITH FOUR 250 HP OUTBOARDS INSTEAD OF THE I/O!

I'll race you Joe!

Right now my Nor'Sea 27 sailboat is on the hard for hurricane season. When I splash her I'll be more than happy to race.

Of course I want a 2 day head start, and when you pass by you have to throw me a beer.
