It seems that I remember something about BoatUS helping people with these types of problems. I think they actually contact the manufacturer and try to get some results. Might look into it.

Would it be helpfull if the C-Dory members sent an email to the MFR? I would think , as a group , there is power to let the company know that this group is aware of warranty problems. Gary

The Lemon Law applies to all products sold in this country.

I had a post earlier this year discussing a problematic Honda 8 on my sailboat that dealers could not fix after numerous attempts to do so. I contacted BOAT US and they went to bat for me, getting my ouitboard replaced within a week of getting involved.

being Suzuki: some times rather than a marine dealer ... out our way Large Suzuki motor-cyle shops also carry out-board engines .... should check out your bike shops may may get a dealer still in-tune with customer's .... shot in the dark sort of thing ... wc
