Blue 22 in Hammond OR

There is a blue 22 Cruiser with a Honda 90 parked in the storage yard at Sturgeon Paul's in Hammond, Oregon. Anyone we know?

It's probably here for the fishing. Hammond is known as a small drinking town with a big fishing problem.

That is the same slogan from Homer, Alaska. THey have bumper stickers also as well as their share of drunks.
