I just wanted to give Bennett Trim Tabs a Big Thumbs Up for their customer service. Over the weekend our trim tabs quit en route to Sucia and Patos Islands. Had a great weekend anyway.

Called Bennett yesterday to see what I needed to do. They gave me a couple tests to perform and to call them back with the results. Called them back this morning and they are shipping a new pump motor today under warranty. Just have to send old pump in after receiving new pump.

Its nice to know there are still companies that know how to take care of customers after the sale.

Hi Tom,

all I could guess is maybe it was assembled on a Friday. We keep the pump in the port lazerette so its not a moisture issue.

The first time I installed Bennett tabs - in 1996 - I almost drilled into the well because the unit was too long. A quick call to Bennett asking for advice brought an instant response along with a special delivery set of dufferent and shorter parts at no expense to me. Their servce is superb!
