In the St. Louis Post-Dispatch today (11/21/2010), there is an article regarding the St. Louis Confluence Riverkeeper, a local chapter of the Waterkeeper Alliance, a national organization that acts as an independent watchdog monitoring and reporting on elevated pollution levels in the nation's waterways.
We came across Riverkeeper Mike Bush once while visiting the Alton (IL) Marina, off of the Mississippi River. He caught my eye because his boat is a CD22 (purchased at Northwest Outlet in Superior, WI...same place I bought mine), and as I have said here before, I don't get a chance to see many other C-Dorys around these parts.
The article is pretty good, and there are a couple of partial shots of the Riverkeeper's C-Dory...only problem is, you kinda have to know what to look for!
