If you take a cooler, then you have already added one seat. We use a pair of West marine folding seats that sit on the cooler/coolers. They fold out flat, or up into any position from reclining to straight back. Very comfortable. When not in use, we fold them out flat and push them into the bow bunk. Pricey, but we watched and got our on sale last year for 65 bucks.

I found the Tommy Bahama Folding beach chairs work well when I need exrtra seating. They have insulated cooler pouches, drink holders and back pack straps to carry. Affordable as well if you find them on sale at Costco.

Found a great pair of replacement seats that fit my tight 16' Angler's space. My old seats were too wide, and hit the throttle and hit just below the side windows. Ordered two seats from Cabbelas and they are a perfect size and contour. Item IK-01-7298 Cabela's Angler Clamp-On Lowback Seats in charcoal. Match well, fit perfectly, cost $47.88 each and $118.17 for a pair delivered. Easy to install. Looks great.
