I had a guy fall asleep and hit parked truck and c-dory in my driveway. You guys know how to check out pics and I think the albums name is black
 
What a shame. how fast was he going and did he live? did you kill him? and whats the out come with the insurance? Nice halibuts by the way :wink:
 
Whoa, looks like your C-Dory is totalled along with the trailer. What a shame. I sincerely hope your boat was insured at agreed value, not NADA.

Bummer. :twisted: :amgry :thdown :thdown He fell asleep. :evil: :evil: Sure hope no one else got hurt. Hard to tell from here, but hull and house may be salvagable, insides, maybe not.
Is that his car in the photos? Has he ever fallen asleep driving before? This guy may be a serious traffic hazard, and needs to sleep a sleep specialist. If he had been drinking and hit someone he would be in deep do #%$! do do.

Hope your insurance folks are kind to you, and that you come out on the other side of this right side up.

Are we still going to see you at the Sequim CBGT?

Curious fact of life:

All the raw power of the ocean can't destroy a C-Dory, but a sleepy driver.......!

Hope things work out OK in the best possible manner, considering the circumstances.!

:!: Looks like he hit the boat/trailer, launched the boat up and OVER the truck and it landed...yikes! Hope it works out for you. Totally sucks. No braking by unit 1 just adds to the carnage. Good luck.

The guy walked away with just bruises. The boat is only good for parts and a sandbox. I have missed 2 outings and most part of fall salmon on the columbia. It make me sick every time I go in my backyard

The boat launched off my ss truck and landed on my sons monte carlo then slide another 35 ft, it does suck sure has put a damper on our end of summer plans

Sad Gordon at least no one was injured. I hope insurance can make you whole again.

I also have an angler and might be willing to sell it. If interested contact me. I keep thinking of a bigger vessel to go west and might be willing to sell my angler.
