Hey, David, she's a beauty. Once again, you just have such good taste.
By the way, I have my original white seats which are in good shape if you'd like them. I can bring 'em up to you if you're interested.
I don't know why exactly but CD16 Anglers are just the coolest boats - I plan to spend a LOT of time in mine when I have a lot of time. Austin - hurry up and graduate, dag nab it!
David, I am new to the 16 Angler world. Would it be possible for you to take a photo of your transom. It appears you have the kicker and main mounted without a kicker mount. Does it take a long shaft or will a short shaft work? Obviously there is enough room to mount both without hindering steerage.
I keep a sailboat in Anacortes that is my main love. But now I have the 16 to kick around the islands. I have a mooring in Garrision Bay where she will live during the summer months.
It looks like you are the go to guy for these boats. Yours are very nicely done!
Here is the only picture I have at present. I can take more tomorrow. The 8 is a short shaft and has a linkage that can be snapped onto both engines so you can steer with the helm when using the kicker.
I am going to have an Alaskan curtain made which will come down about 12" into the cockpit. So I built an extension of the cabin floor so the enclosed cabin will all be the same floor level. Also in the picture are the two "new" seats he brought up last week. Better shape than the original ones I had.
