Felt here in Encinitas (North San Diego County) no big whoop. Having lunch with mom (who was 3.7 miles from the epicenter of the 7.1 Loma Prieta quake) and she didn't even notice it. Felt like some big guy sat down in the booth behind me but when I turned around, nobody there.

We passed Chino about 10 minutes before the quake. We did not feel it when on the highway about 10 miles away driving the RV.
