25’ LOA???

Has anyone measured a 2005 25’ C-Dory cruiser? We are new to the boat and hope to take delivery in the next couple weeks. Our new marina (Cap Sante) is saying they will measure every inch and if it is over 28’ tip to stern we will have to move to a 30’ slip. So curious if someone knows the LOA including motor (tilted up)???

my 2005 C-Dory 25 measures 29 ft 5 in. back of motor not tilted up to front of anchor.
