22 Cruiser on ebay

If you look at the Seller's history, they are a boat dealer with a history of ghosting buyers it looks like.

Seems like a gamble to buy sight unseen - Well bought at $25.7k I'd say.
 
I agree, well bought, I think.
I tried contacting the Cbrats listed owner, with no response. There was a question of whether that was a 2013 Yamaha, or 2003.
The boat definitely needed a good cleanup, but looked like a good one.
Maybe a consignment, lien sale, or estate deal, who knows?

I had a new CD22 in 2003, sold in 2013 or 2014, and have regretted that. I’ve had a few boats since, and nothing worked so well. Now I’m back to a 2003!
The engine is 2015 I believe. It seems to be a nice boat. Seller neglected to mention it has a Garmin autopilot - nice surprise.
 
I'd say you did very well! It's always hard to buy sight unseen, but enough photos there showed a nice boat that just needed freshening up, congratulations!
I'm somewhat familiar with Pt. Townsend & the area, my folks lived on Marrowstone Island for years. I used to visit every year for the unlimited hydro races at Seafair. What a great place! The oysters are incomparable!

This is indeed a great place to own a boat. I look forward to crossings to Victoria. Somehow it was always nicest going on your own boat. I’ll leave this one in Florida until the early spring and then do some cruising on the northern gulf coast. The boat will get some use.
 
I would say you got a Very Good Boat, We Cruised with Susie Q before & Road on Her. We Cruised from Fort Myers Beach to The Big "O" went down the Lower side then on Other to the Eastern Cannel & Back, Great Trip with Good People. Jim & Sandy (Pandy Girl) OH check my Pics. #14
